To be honest, I have not. I've created this spec with pyp2rpm and removed a few
things that you pointed out last time in my python-patiencediff review.

Why does the package require cython on runtime?
This require was also generated by pyp2rpm, but looking further at it, I don't
think that this require is valid. I'll take a further look, and possibly I'll
remove it.
