I'd say that it is (very) esoteric. Are you sure that you need
to run the
testPgSQL test? It seems to me more of a test of your database
configuration skills than of RDKit features.
rdkit ships a PgSQL cartridge to store molecules in the DB. I think the idea is
to test those functions in the context of the DB server.
