Description:
JIDE Common Layer is Swing component library built on top of Java/Swing.
It is also the foundation of other component products from JIDE.
This project has over 30 Swing components and over 100k lines of code.
It greatly enhanced the default component set provided by Swing and allow
developers to focus on business logic layer instead of making components.
JIDE Common Layer was originally developed by JIDE Software developers
as a foundation in order to build other more advanced components.
In April of 2007, JIDE Software decided to open source this common layer
so that more and more developers can leverage them instead of wasting time
building them again.

Spec URL: http://mohammed.morsi.org/blog/files/anyterm.spec
SRPM URL: http://mohammed.morsi.org/blog/files/anyterm-1.1.29-0.1.src_.rpm
Description:
Main project site: http://anyterm.org/
Anyterm is a web based terminal emulator that allows terminal (or any other
non-graphical command) access to a javascript enabled web browser, such as
Firefox.
Anyterm (written in c++ and uses boost) provides a HTTP/1.1 complaint web
server (may easily be proxied via apache) which can be configured to run an
arbitrary command on the backend. The anyterm daemon redirects stdin / stdout
to and from the program being executed and the client's web browser, which
relies on javascript to do the same.
To use anyterm, build the rpm and install it, configure the daemon via
/etc/sysconfig/anyterm to run any command ('bash' by default) as any user and
listen on any port, and start the service via service / init, eg 'service
anyterm start'. You then can use Firefox, navigating to http://server:8080/, to
access bash or whatever other command you specified.

[Bug 468516] New: Review Request: verilator - A fast simulator of synthesizable Verilog HDL

Classification: Fedora
Spec URL: http://brooks.nu/~lane/verilator.spec
SRPM URL: http://brooks.nu/~lane/verilator-3.680-2.fc10.src.rpm
Description:
Verilator is the fastest free Verilog HDL simulator. It compiles
synthesizable Verilog (not test-bench code!), plus some PSL,
SystemVerilog and Synthesis assertions into C++ or SystemC code. It is
designed for large projects where fast simulation performance is of
primary concern, and is especially well suited to create executable
models of CPUs for embedded software design teams.
Because of systemc licensing issues, the verilator dependancies on
systemc are not included with this package. This means the
perl-verilog, perl-systemc, and systemc functionality that is
integrated into verilator will only work if those packages are
installed separately. This package, therefore, supports the verilog
features of verilator (including vcd generation via the --trace
option).
This is my first Fedora package. Chitlesh Goorah will sponsor this package as
it will become part of FEL.
