Right. But it is not dissimilar to the sell-yourself-into-slavery
clause in the GPLv3, so it should be okay.

radvd uses it, and probably a few other things in the IPv6 context. (It
may be KAME-related.) getaddrinfo in glibc is partly covered by it, too
(without the advertising clause).
Okay. radvd license is added as "radvd".
Inner Net License (radvd with advertising clause waived) is added as
"Inner-Net".
