It's literal 3-clause BSD. Including the amusing cut and paste:
"Neither the name of Daniel Krech nor the names of its contributors" ... normally, you'd see "rdflib" there, not "Daniel Krech". I suppose he could have contributors. ;)
But I digress. Use "License: BSD"
