There's still no progress here, but I am going to run with using the MIT
identifier for .NET, even if this exact license texts aren't in
fedora-license-data, yet.

Hi Omair,
Just following up on this: the two licenses above that you say have no
progress, so they have issues in the Fedora-license-list Gitlab repo,
and, if applicable, SPDX?
