It should no longer be occurring. I apologize for the spam.
One of the gitlab api endpoints used by our webhooks was returning an
unexpected error and it was not being handled appropriately.
As soon as I realized it I stopped the webhook and have since pushed a
fix so the exception is handled. We've also opened an issue with
Gitlab to understand why the error was being returned by the API at
all..
