Update needed for SELinux kernel config

Some SELinux changes have just been merged upstream, which include a bump in the SELinux policy version to support dynamic querying of policy capabilities. The new maximum supported policy version is 22, so we need this in .config: CONFIG_SECURITY_SELINUX_POLICYDB_VERSION_MAX_VALUE=22 -- James Morris <jmorris(a)namei.org>

The diplomat who will be bring in this consignment to you is an expact and has been in this line of work for many years now so we have Notting to worry about. booting with pcmcia cisco wireless card freezes on rawhide kernels

F8 system + rawhide kernel, mkinitrd, and udev (although it happened with just the rawhide kernel). Booting with the F8 kernel works flawlessly. Booting the rawhide kernel causes udev to hang for a while and eventually give some message about a udev timeout and it will continue in the background. It then gets to show 'bringing up loopback interface' but never says 'bringing up eth0' and the machine hangs there forever. If I remove the PCMCIA wireless card the system boots cleanly and I can insert it and everything works fine. Anyone heard of anything like this?
