Looking at rpm, I was inclined to agree, so I poked more. Looks like
davej's changes last week broke it somehow... I'll puzzle it out.
I don't see how. The man page generation part of the spec is no
different from what we have in F13. I've looked over the changes I did,
and don't see anything that would trigger that failure.
(not denying it caused it, it's possible I've overlooked something,
but I'm just not seeing it)
