redhat/configs: aarch64: Turn on Display for OnePlus 6
The Fedora Mobility SIG is doing enablement work for OnePlus 6. SDM845
is the most upstreamed Qualcomm SoC at this point in time, because of
this it is also useful to test Qualcomm features in general, for this
reason it is of interest to the CentOS Automotive SIG also.
