Building packages that build requires maven-docck-plugin in EPEL 7 fails:
Error: No Package found for mvn(org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-docck-plugin)
Child return code was: 1

none (which is the problem)

sbt 0.13.8 adds an extension point in the dependency resolution to customize
Maven resolvers, which will make writing XMvn extension easier. For more info,
