I don't have a strong preference between /usr/libexec and /usr/lib.
But using /usr/share would exclude the (admittedly low valued)
possibility of implementing the actions as executable binaries.
OK, committed and pushed with /usr/libexec, as that feels more right to me
and via a brief survey of #fedora-devel.
I'll announce on devel@ shortly.
