Gnome3 remembers what you used last.
So when you used RU last and log out, you will
get RU again when you log in next.
But this doesn't make too much sense.
I am using a separate per-window layout, so what
is the "layout when I log out"?
Is it possible to disable that "clever" feature and
just get a fixed (configurable) default layout?
So somehow this “self._bus.get_config ()” must have failed and
returned
“None”. That is very strange.
I think something is just not initialized in time.
A few seconds later it works fine, and you need to
reboot to hit that again (and no, not 100%, just sometimes).
