FEDORA-2021-9b1403ab0f has been pushed to the Fedora 35 testing
repository.
Soon you'll be able to install the update with the following command:
`sudo dnf upgrade --enablerepo=updates-testing

Bad news.
Does not fix the problem. And starting X app to enable ibus-mozc no longer
works
after the upgrade.
