Yes, I know this problem.
I'm asking the disabled 'Use system keyboard' instead.
As you can see many letters are missing. ´¨' are the dead keys and what they
print if I press them twice.
If I disable the "Use system keyboard" I get:

асдфгхйклöäэ
<зьцжбнм,.-
There are probably also differences in shift and altgr states.
So are your problems that '+', '-' and shift and altgr states?
