--- Comment #66 from Mike FABIAN <mfabian(a)redhat.com> ---
(In reply to Stas Sergeev from comment #65)
Hmm...
Actually, it is now 100% reproducable it seems.
I don't know how to even get rid of it.
The only difference is that now RU somehow
became a default. I.e. when I start gnome, I
immediately see RU. This wasn't the case before,
the default was EN, and I don't know what have
I changed (I didn't change any thing).
Gnome3 remembers what you used last.
So when you used RU last and log out, you will
get RU again when you log in next.
So, when it is RU at startup, it then crashes
with that backtrace. But with "ibus restart"
I can't reproduce that.
I still cannot reproduce this, not even when choosing
rusle, logging out and logging in again to get rusle
by default. It still works for me.
comment#62> self._config.connect ("value-changed",
self.config_value_changed_cb)
comment#62> AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute
'connect'
That is quite weird. I have no idea how self._config could be “None”
here.
The line directly before that line tries to get it from the bus:
# config module
self._config = self._bus.get_config ()
self._config.connect ("value-changed", self.config_value_changed_cb)
So somehow this “self._bus.get_config ()” must have failed and returned
“None”. That is very strange.
