Only 3 out of 12 of ibus-table-chinese subpackages are in the whitelisted.
It is very strange that you have to manually switch a switch to actually see
what you have explicitly installed.
In other words, if your favourite input method is not in the whitelist, then
from default install, you now have to do following
1. Install the input method
2. Install gnome-tweak-tool
3. Set org.gnome.desktop.input-sources show-all-sources true
4. Find and activate your input methods from the long list
Step 2 and 3 are not need without whitelist implementation.

Ma,
I maybe wrong, but using sarcasm is not the best way to reach consensus.
This is a technique issue and should be addressed and discussed as one.

[Fedora-i18n-bugs] [Bug 879261] New: dictionary is not automatically reloaded when it is installed via the setup tool
by Red Hat Bugzilla
Product: Fedora
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=879261
Bug ID: 879261
Summary: dictionary is not automatically reloaded when it is
installed via the setup tool
Product: Fedora
Version: 18
Component: ibus-typing-booster
Severity: unspecified
Priority: unspecified
Reporter: mfabian(a)redhat.com
When a dictionary is installed for an ibus-typing-booster
engine using the ibus-typing-booster setup tool,
the engine does not reload its dictionary automatically.
Therefore, to make use of the newly installed dictionary
one has to restart ibus manually.
This should not be necessary, the engine should automatically
reload the dictionary.
