I reported this to openSUSE, but although people seem to agree that it is a
regression (in openSUSE), the prevailing opinion seems to be that it is really
an upstream issue.

Basically, when cronie logs that a new scheduled task has been forked, it writes
the executable in uppercase. The old vixie-cron in openSUSE wrote in lowercase.
