Not yet, but hopefully soon.
In the mean time, you try something like this with current Cockpit
master:
$ ./tools/make-source
$ rm -rf cockpit-wip
$ tar xzf cockpit-wip.tar.gz
$ mv cockpit-wip/tools/debian cockpit-wip/debian
$ dpkg-source --compression=gzip -b cockpit-wip
The plan is to run something like this for each weekly release and
publish the result in an apt-gettable way so that people can easily
build it themselves.
