A new version of cloud-init should be on its way to an F22 near you, complete with several bugfixes and a generous helping of mustard. A few people have already tested it to an extent, but there are tons of clouds out there -- more testers are always helpful.
This update was originally going to contain a switch to python 3 as well, but we discovered that libselinux-python3 wasn't ready for that yet. That feature is thus bumped to F23 and the related cloud-init change is exclusive to rawhide. If you're brave enough feel free to test that as well and see what happens!
