As far as I can tell, mksquashfs doesn't have a way to build using older
formats. So you either need to use an older version of mksquashfs on the
F13 system or you need to use a newer kernel (that supports the 4.0 format)
for your F10 build.
I forgot to suggest one way to use the old mksquashfs. You can run
livecd-creator in mock to use f10 tools for the build. Assuming you don't
really care about which tools you are using, that's probably the best
way to do the build.
