If this is an attempt at trying to "autopush" updates faster via positive karma, stop this, please.
A copy of my private answer to a flood of four (!) replies I've received after the original post:

David,
first of all, there's a question mark in the subject line. In other words, I *ask* whether this is intended usage of bodhi, because I have doubts that it is.
Secondly, in my opinion, it is not okay that one person opens multiple Fedora accounts. It's not nice either because everybody else can only spend +1/-1 karma. You don't plan to create an account for each server and give +1 for each server, do you? Or let co-workers create many accounts and let them spend many +1 for the same site/infrastructure?
If I find a bug in the software that affects N machines, I don't use N accounts to give -N karma. Same for positive karma. Even if test results depend on different hardware, where would this end? One Fedora account for each machine with different hardware?
In case there are no rules yet, it's about time to create some.

I agree with Michael about 10^10%.
FAS accounts should be only one for each user. If there are needs for having several accounts for one person, these needs should be explained and either the FAS system extended to cover these cases, or special cased by whatever entity (fesco, fab, Fedora infra team?) is authoritative.
Isn't there perhaps already some texting that one needs to click through that has the user sign that he will use only that account? Otherwise could someone add this?
Besides bodhi fake voting this can even be used for fab/fesco fake voting (although it is probably harder to mark several same-person-accounts as packager accounts w/o anyone noticing it)!

this should be taken up with FESCo not here.
since the request was to stable it was a pointless attempt. but it should be looked at

Yes, I have seen many of these on my and other updates. It's quite annoying to me that someone would try to do that. I mean, if you really want an update and you've tested it, contact the maintainer and make a request. But creating fake accounts just to bump karma is only going to force people to consider disabling the karma mechanism. And if that was the end goal, why not just start a discussion about it?

We can make this a policy and disable the accounts if we feel thats needed.
