Did you upgrade to fc3t2 or was it a fresh install ?
What do you get for /sbin/lsmod ?
What happens if you (in kde anyway) go start->system settings->soundcard
detection ?

I use Toshiba Satellite 1135-S1554 laptop with FC3test2 upgaded to

How to setup soundcard?
