Maybe downloads of updates and packages from extras could
be done in a sort of bittorrent way...
The traffic wasn't to Extras packages, well some of it was, but it was a lot
of people going to the wiki to find out where to download the isos, and of
course the torrent traffic was all Core isos. Bittorrent works for large
files at release times like isos, not so well for small files like updates.
