We ended up needing a RC2 spin for alpha to fix a bug we thought was fixed for almost all machines [1] and we're now in the situation where most of the alpha validation test cases need to be run in less than 12 hours if we don't want F20 alpha to slip.
Fortunately, this is alpha and there aren't nearly so many test cases to run through but more people to run them would be really appreciated. If you have some time, grab a Fedora 20 alpha RC2 image [2] and run through a test case marked "alpha" on either the installation matrix [3] or the desktop test matrix [4].
If you're more of a cloud person, take the RC1 AMIs [5] for a spin - the changes between RC1 and RC2 are inconsequential for the cloud image and results for the openstack or AMI images can be entered in either the RC1 install matrix [6].
Thanks in advance,
Tim

Copied netinst to a jump drive, then booted with UEFI. Installer could not allocate disk space from free blocks.
Rebooted without UEFI. Installation proceeded normally but failed because it ran out of mirrors to try.
Yesterday's netinst install on the E6550 did not get past installing packages after 10 or so hours.

Tried again about 7:15 PDT. Same results. Booted with UEFI Anaconda can't allocate disk partitions. Booted without UEFI Anaconda runs out of mirrors to try. Something wrong with RC2.
