Fedora has packages for gtk+ 1, 2 and 3.
Search koji for gtk3 (the rpm name for the gtk+-3* versions).

GTK+ 1, GTK+ 2 and GTK+ 3 can be treated as almost entirely separate
projects. You can have all three installed together, and apps can be
built against any one of them. This is why we have all three GTK+
versions packaged; so we can continue to ship software that is written
to GTK+ 1 and GTK+ 2.
