Hi TC6 testers,
1. immediately after the TC6 anaconda is started (using the
Workstation/netinstaller/x86_64 ISO, burned to CD, running under
VirtualBox), anaconda stops with the message: "Pane is dead" in the main
window. No log available in /var/log.
2. Booting the real machine with that CD (old BIOS: MSI P35 Platinum),
no installer prompt appears, the CD is accessed for only some millisecs.
Then the screen flickers shortly, and my box reboots after a delay of
3-4 secs. Does this mean that Alpha/TC6 can't be used with older
BIOSes/MOBOs?
Anybody has similar effects?
Kind regards

Hi Fi old BIOS tester.
The same defect is verified with libvirtd/virt-manager.

The media check is complete, the result is: PASS.
It is OK to use this media.
Besides Workstation-netinst/boot.iso is problematic since day one.
Even if it passes this Pane guy, it cannot find repo & Co.
