Hi,
I have had now a more detailed look into the Bios menues - I am really a no expert in
things like Bios.
There is in case of my Acer E15 E5-571G a button "Security" leading to
"Select an UEFI file as trusted
for executing" at the end of this menue steps I choose "grubx64.efi" etc.
Now F21 on an USB drive can be run in UEFI mode.
Thank You to all who gave helpful advices !
Kind Regards

Hi,
this problem is solved, F21 TC3 Workstation x86_64 and also Win 8.1 now boot
in UEFI Mode, Secure Mode disabled. There had to be set a Supervisor Password
in
the Bios,
to disable the Secure Mode (found this in a thread of an Acer
forum).
Nevertheless it would be nice to boot Linux and Windows in Secure Mode.
Thank You to Samuel for his advices.
Kind Regards
Fedora images should generally boot with SB enabled, but it may be we
don't have 21 images signed yet, I'll have to check in with pjones.
