As mentioned in that bug, it also affects the F19 installer if you
include updates. Hopefully the firefox update will go into F19 as
well.
Ah, I read the email too fast and thought you were talking about f20. I
don't believe that an update has been submitted for
firefox-23.0.1-4.fc19 yet and it won't be in the repos. I'd suggest
asking one of the firefox maintainers to submit an update for the new
build.
