Dear all,
I am just recovering from the kernel panic, I saw when the system was booting, I saw something like ext4 malloc or something like that.
I run
[olivares@riohigh ~]$ dmesg | grep 'malloc' vmalloc : 0xe0800000 - 0xff3fe000 ( 491 MB)
What is vmalloc?
Is it virtual memory allocation?
Thanks,
Antonio
[olivares@riohigh ~]$ uname -r 2.6.27-13.fc10.i686 [root@riohigh ~]# /sbin/blkid -s TYPE /dev/sda5 /dev/sda5: TYPE="ext4"
