Just done some more fedora updates and it gets here now:
Starting Udev: [ok]

Initializing Hadware........ + ide=
+ scsi=
+ network=
+ audio=
+ other=
++ kmodule -d
++ read devtype mod
Then the system freezes.

Updated my version of Udev to the patched version using the
instructions, now when I boot on to the latest kernel I get:

And then nothing, udev doesnt start with a newer kernel (1743),
however it still works fine with the older kernel (1719). Any ideas of
that else I can try to help debug?
