if I issue from PC Casa this command:
smbclient -L Casa
Password:
Domain=[WORKGROUP] OS=[Unix] Server=[Samba 3.2.0pre1-0.pre1.2.fc9]
Server requested LANMAN password (share-level security) but 'client
use lanman auth' is disabled
tree connect failed: SUCCESS - 0
Is this problem connected with kernel 115???

For some reason the samba user file and password had to re-created.
Now I can't see the shared printer in the graphic printer tool, i.e
when I browse the network I don't see other PC.
My smb.conf file now is....
# Samba config file created using SWAT
# from 127.0.0.1 (127.0.0.1)
# Date: 2007/12/22 22:50:04
[global]
server string = Samba Server Version %v
passdb backend = tdbsam
username map = /etc/samba/smbusers
log file = /var/log/samba/log.%m
max log size = 50
wins support = Yes
comment = Samsung Laser
printing = cups
cups options = raw
print command =
lpq command = %p
lprm command =
printer name = ML-1610
[homes]
comment = Home Directories
valid users = MYDOMAIN\%S
read only = No
[Samsung]
comment = All Printers
path = /var/spool/samba
printable = Yes
writeable = yes
; browseable = yes
valid users = antonio, nfsnobody
[public]
comment = Public Stuff
path = /home/antonio
writeable = yes
guest ok = yes
; browseable = yes
[Documentiidentita]
path = /home/antonio/Documentiidentita
valid users = antonio
read only = No
I wonder what happened during migration, as the system was working!!!!
