I've decided this technique is more convenient than figuring out what I want
to -i or -U:
mkdir /tmp/newstuff
cd /tmp/newstuff
wget <koij package 1 url>
wget ...
yum --nogpgcheck localupdate *
Yum just "does the right thing" with the locally downloaded rpms.
