Yes, that's not how you use it :). The DVD_netinst.diso files are for
producing the netinst from the DVD, not for turning N-1 netinst into N
netinst.
So you should apply the Fedora-18-Final-RC1-x86_64-DVD_netinst.diso like
this:
applydeltaiso Fedora-18-x86_64-DVD.iso
Fedora-18-Final-RC1-x86_64-DVD_netinst.diso Fedora-18-x86_64-netinst.iso
it's not really efficient to delta from one netinst to the next, as the
deltaiso code optimizes for RPM packages.
