Is anyone aware of the fact that the apcupsd* packages have been in update-testing for about 4 weeks and the fact that is does not work. I have done a lot of searching to find out if there is a fix and there is none or should I say I didn't find any fix. Am I missing something. Please advise. I have tried to install several times and have sent the compile file in to help find the problem. Error message says LCK can not be established according to selinux. I have sent that to bugzilla and still have not heard anything. Will someone help?
This a copy of my config file after installing apcupsd 3.14.11-1
Your config file is probably not at all relevant to the bug...
Huh, disregard - it is entirely relevant. The packager changed the default location of the lock file from /var/lock to /etc/apcupsd for some reason.
