FC4T3 kernel should have included the reiserfs xattr fixes to make it work with SELinux, as the fixes were included in upstream kernels >= 2.6.12-rc1, and 2.6.12-rc1 was included in FC4 kernels a long time ago (1.1187, 2005/03/18). For that matter, I would have expected it in FC4T2 as well.

As with any unsupported component, you can file a bug in the upstream bugzilla (bugzilla.kernel.org in this case), and Fedora will inherit any fixes in a future update.
