Magick-configure doesn't seem to be part of Fedora Core 4. I loaded the RPMs I could find and still no Magick-configure. Even compiling and reinstalling the source RPMs didn't yield Magick-config.
I finally had to get the real ImageMagick sources and compile them.
I did see a note about some uberprogrammer deciding Magick-config should be moved somewhere. Unfortunately, oblivion is a hard place to find executables.
For Core 5 please put Magick-config where ./config can find it.

You forgot to install ImageMagick-devel, didn't you?
