I believe Sumantro is currently trying to organize one; they happen on a sort of 'as-needed' basis and are scheduled around when new folks are available. We could explain this a bit better on the page, I guess.
There is a weekly #fedora-qa meeting though. Maybe that can be a place for new members to say hi as well?

I can't find references to Silverblue and IoT spins either.
They are both not release-blocking for now, which puts them lower on QA's priorities. This will change in future, though, most likely.
