I cloned the repo and tried running tox and I'm getting the following error
when this executes:

I can't figure out how to resolve this, could you help me please?

https://github.com/linux-system-roles/network/wiki#first-steps e.g. see
if you can clone the repo and get the `tox` based tests working.
