Building from the root w/ -Penterprise solved it, because the enterprise
profile pulls in container-lib. I'm just curious, what's the purpose of
container-lib? Is it classes that server-jar, as well as other things
outside of rhq.ear, depend on? In any case, if server-jar depends on it,
we should probably build it by default, rather than only when the
enterprise profile is enabled.

I tried full build unteen times even with the local repo cleared and didn't
see this. But I know Heiko saw this, too, so there has to be a path I didn't
go down when testing this. Anyway, rebuilding
modules/enterprise/server/container-lib prior to building server jar should
resolve this.
