This is what we have the wildfly-monitor extension for right now.
There is the idea that this will be able to expose the extension into JNDI so that client
code can look it up and use it.
We could then build some small helper classes that at then end allow to say something
like
HkMetrics.push(tenantId, metricId, value);
I do not think that the whole rhq-metrics server would be deployed (incl C* dependency)
just to allow to gather some
metrics and push them around.
