my typical reply to something like this is "what version of maven are
you using?". I actually don't know what the problem is here, but when in
doubt, make sure you are using at least Maven 2.2.

I think the origin of the problem is a bug within the
maven-dependency-plugin which is described under the following link:

Did anybody have the same problem? I dont know how to fix it, would be
thankfull for any help.
