No, just closing the bugs is all you need to do.
But it was just about the version.
I'm trying to keep on top of the latest releases for popular crates.
lock_api should now be available with the required version.
For other packages, you can look at
https://bugz.fedoraproject.org/rust-$CRATE
if there's already a bug reported for the new version.
Commenting there makes sure that I know somebody is waiting for a newer version
of that crate than what's available on Fedora, and I can put it at the top of
my TODO list.
