Yes good point - I have been thinking to move all packaging stuff to a separate
package, say "haskell-packaging".
If it is turned on, then __find_requires is not used. According to
this

instead of rpmdeps maybe /usr/lib/rpm/find-requires should be used. I will ask
about this on fedora-devel.

Additionally we would really like to automate the generation of C library
buildrequires but that probably needs a bit more work with parsing cabal files.
