Summary: Review Request: xcfun - A library of approximate
exchange-correlation functionals
Product: Fedora
Version: rawhide
Hardware: All
OS: Linux
Status: NEW
Component: Package Review
Severity: medium
Priority: medium
Assignee: nobody(a)fedoraproject.org
Reporter: susi.lehtola(a)iki.fi
QA Contact: extras-qa(a)fedoraproject.org
CC: package-review(a)lists.fedoraproject.org
Target Milestone: ---
Classification: Fedora
Spec URL: https://jussilehtola.fedorapeople.org/xcfun.spec
SRPM URL: https://jussilehtola.fedorapeople.org/xcfun-2.1.1-1.fc34.src.rpm
Fedora Account System Username: jussilehtola
Description:
XCFun is a library of approximate exchange-correlation functionals,
used in the Density Functional Theory description of electronic
structure. Because XCFun is based on automatic differentiation the
library can provide arbitrary order derivatives of all supported
functionals. Only the exchange-correlation energy expression needs to
be implemented, which is a huge gain in productivity (and also
efficiency). For this reason the library is very well suited for high
order time dependent DFT or for the development of new functionals.

https://music.fedorapeople.org/python-mapbox-earcut-0.12.10-1.fc34.src.rpm
Description:
Python bindings for the C++ implementation of the Mapbox Earcut library, which
provides very fast and quite robust triangulation of 2D polygons.
Original code: earcut.hpp
Original description:
The library implements a modified ear slicing algorithm, optimized by
z-order curve hashing and extended to handle holes, twisted polygons,
degeneracies and self-intersections in a way that doesn’t guarantee
correctness of triangulation, but attempts to always produce acceptable
results for practical data like geographical shapes.

This is a weak dependency for the existing python-trimesh package (a @neuro-sig
package).

SRPM URL: https://magnus.morton.ai/packaging/vim-surround-2.1-1.fc35.src.rpm
Description:
Surround.vim is all about "surroundings": parentheses, brackets, quotes, XML
tags, and more. The plugin provides mappings to easily delete, change and add
such surroundings in pairs.
This plugin is very powerful for HTML and XML editing, a niche which currently
seems underfilled in Vim land. (As opposed to HTML/XML *inserting*, for which
many plugins are available). Adding, changing, and removing pairs of tags
simultaneously is a breeze.
