Bug ID: 1624921
Summary: Review Request: mozjs60
Product: Fedora
Version: 29
Component: Package Review
Assignee: nobody(a)fedoraproject.org
Reporter: fzatlouk(a)redhat.com
QA Contact: extras-qa(a)fedoraproject.org
CC: package-review(a)lists.fedoraproject.org
SPEC: https://pagure.io/mozjs60/blob/master/f/mozjs60.spec
KOJI: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=29469245
PACKAGE REPO: https://pagure.io/mozjs60
Description of problem:
gjs version from GNOME 3.30 is build and requires mozjs60. We don't have
mozjs60 in Fedora yet, so we can't ship latest version of gjs.
I've based the mozjs60 spec file on mozjs52 and borrowed patches from Debian
package.
My mozjs60 packaging is pretty rough as it is right now, but sooner we start
dealing with this package, the better I think.
If anybody wants to work on this with me, feel free to ask for Pagure repo
permissions and/or file Pull Requests :)
Will post SRPM link when it's finished building in koji (scratch).

--- Comment #35 from Petr Viktorin <pviktori(a)redhat.com> ---
> It seems python-yenc is going to be killed [...] And also python-listquote and rsslib.
And don't forget python2 itself! The reason behind removing these packages is
that the volunteers who currently maintain python2 want to step down, and have
not found anyone who'd take over.
