[Bug 1501522] Review Request:
fdk-aac - Third-Party Modified Version of the Fraunhofer FDK AAC Codec
Library for Android

--- Comment #99 from Nicolas Chauvet (kwizart) <kwizart(a)gmail.com> ---
I will let the task to sort out what works and does not with this particular
implementation on the gstreamer side, as only gstreamer will consume this
library within Fedora as I expect.
For the packaging side, I confirm that having a fdk-aac-free package with the
current upstream SONAME unmodified in fedora is acceptable. Even having a
virtual provides for fdk-aac (but no obsoletes).
That's a compromise to avoid breaking our non-replacement policy (that others
third part repositories don't follow). Along with not having existing end-users
package replaced by a less featured version.
Please keep in mind that as soon as RPM Fusion is concerned, we may NOT test if
the Fedora library is at the same version as the RPM Fusion one, we may update
the package according to the Fedora updates policy, so any future ABI changes
will have to be taken into account on the Fedora side in the appropriate
timing.

[Bug 1625822] New: Review Request:
python-scripttester - Utility for testing command line scripts
by bugzilla@redhat.com
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1625822
Bug ID: 1625822
Summary: Review Request: python-scripttester - Utility for
testing command line scripts
Product: Fedora
Version: rawhide
Component: Package Review
Severity: medium
Priority: medium

Fedora Account System Username: jjames
Description: Provides a class to be instantiated in tests that checks that
scripts can be run and give correct output. The class tries to find your
scripts whether you have installed them or not. If you have not installed
them, the scripts will not be on your system PATH, and we have to find them.
The heuristic is to look (by default) in the directory containing mymodule; if
there is a setup.py file there, and a scripts subdirectory, assume that
directory contains the scripts.
Note there is no way of using this not-installed mechanism to find entrypoint
scripts, that have not been installed. To find these, we would have to run the
setup.py file.
This package has a python2 subpackage because it will be used by the next
version of python-networkx, which still needs a python2 version because it is
used by sagemath, which is stuck on python2 for the moment.
