Description:
NumPy is a general-purpose array-processing package designed to
efficiently manipulate large multi-dimensional arrays of arbitrary
records without sacrificing too much speed for small multi-dimensional
arrays. NumPy is built on the Numeric code base and adds features
introduced by numarray as well as an extended C-API and the ability to
create arrays of arbitrary type.
There are also basic facilities for discrete fourier transform,
basic linear algebra and random number generation. Also included in
this package is a version of f2py that works properly with NumPy.

[Bug 1178673] Please package ecryptfs-utils for EPEL7
by Red Hat Bugzilla
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1178673
--- Comment #6 from Horace <bugs.management(a)lhprojects.net> ---
Just to offer my 2 cents. I am running Oracle Linux 7 inside a Linux Container
where the Debian kernel has support for ecryptfs out of the box. It would be
great to have ecryptfs in the EPEL7 so ecryptfs-utils can stay up to date.
Without having to check and pull the source RPM when an update is available.
