BioMAJ downloads remote data banks check their status and apply transformation
workflows, with consistent state,to provide ready-to-use data to biologists
and
bioinformaticians. For example, it can transform original fasta files to blast
indexes. It is very flexible and post-processes can be extended very easily.
BioMAJ is already packaged on Debian.

MP3val is a small, high-speed, free software tool for checking MPEG audio
files'
integrity. It can be useful for finding corrupted files (e.g. incompletely
downloaded,
truncated, containing garbage). MP3val is also able to fix most of the

a multiplatform application, MP3val can be runned both under Windows and under
Linux
(or BSD).
The most common MPEG audio file type is MPEG 1 Layer III (mp3), but MP3val
supports also
other MPEG versions and layers. The tool is also aware of the most common types
of tags
(ID3v1, ID3v2, APEv2).

Description:
Hi!
I've been using Morse for a university project team, and thought I'd package it
up for Fedora. A review would be much appreciated, especially as I had to
modify some of the installation paths. I sent the changes I made to Morse's
upstream.
Morse is a 3D robotics simulator, using the Blender Game Engine. A roboticist
may create a 3D model, then attach actuators and sensors. Morse then allows
them to control the model and interact with the simulated environment. A
variety of middleware protocols are supported, but many of these don't seem to
be packaged yet for Fedora.
