Description: Cloud computing tool to manage a distributed virtual data center
to build private, public and hybrid IaaS clouds

This is going to require a bit of reviews due to the structure of how
OpenNebula installs and its ssh key generation requirement. I'd appreciate any
feedback/suggestions on any areas that can be cleaned up/done better

Description:
This is the current driver for ReinerSCT chipcard readers
the vendor switched from ctapi to pcsc (dropping ctapi support completely as
far as I can tell) and this causes some confusion, I think I got everything
right but this package definitely needs more eyeballs.
Until fox is in Fedora (and I'm not sure the license exceptions will make this
possible), the package needs building 'withGUI 0'. AFAICT the GUI components
are just a nice to have but not a functional requirement.
I only use my reader very sparingly, in bug 767657 another user reported
partial success.

rubygem-tidy_ffi.noarch: E: explicit-lib-dependency libtidy [1] false positive
This rpmlint error is a false positive since the libs its a explicit
dependency, its a ruby noarch pkg to open the lib via ffi.
